Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We welcome requests for custom jewelry, personalized bag charms, gifts, and select home décor. Because each project is different, availability, pricing, and timing will depend on the design and materials needed.
Can I contact you about an existing order?
Absolutely. Include your order number, if available, and the name or email address used to place your order so we can help you as quickly as possible.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We’re a small, sister-run studio and personally respond to our messages. We generally reply within 1–2 business days.
Can I ask a question about a product before ordering?
